Each component we produce receives the same scrutiny to ensure that tolerances are precise from first to last piece. Our quality assurance systems include coordinate and optical measuring machines, optical comparators, precision gage blocks, micrometers and a staff thoroughly trained to evaluate results and implement corrective action if needed. We ship all components with Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Material and SPC Production Report. Vistek is FDA registered and ISO 9002 compliant. Vistek satisfies all applicable ISO and MIL government specifications for aerospace.
